Qualifying in 1990, Sarah established Sarah Dwight Solicitors in 2000, dealing exclusively with residential conveyancing with a focus on trying to make the house moving experience better for all those involved.
Even with all of these changes over the years, her core belief remains that solicitors are at the heart of the house moving process and have a crucial role in making sure that the public receive good advice at a stressful time.
She has been involved in the redrafting of the Protocol Forms (Fittings and Contents form and Property Information Form) and recently led the group which drafted the new edition of the CQS Protocol.
